We move through the lesson with rythm and flow. I guide the group by offering simple verbal cues and images while physically demonstrating the movements.  If you are coming for the first time, take your time to get to know the choreography. With the practice you will gradually deepen your experience.

 

 

You will learn Gyrotonic® in individual- or tandem lessons (in pairs) on the machines. We will respond to your individual needs. Accompanied hands-on, you will learn a versatile repertoire of exercises as well as principles and techniques. You will expand your self-perception and improve your movement qualities. Once you have reached a certain level of knowledge, you will be able to train independently on the equipment.
